Netanel S. Weiss, Adv. Hi-Tech and Venture Capital

 

Netanel advises local and international clients across a range of industries, including software, internet, cyber and social media, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, ICOs, e-commerce,, biotechnology and medical devices. 

 

Netanel was a member of the GKH’s International Transaction Group, where he represented technology-based companies, both public and private, in a variety of industries and stages of development. His activities include mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and closing international commercial transactions, venture capital and transaction financing, as well as ongoing consultation on corporate matters. While working in GKH, Netanel represented content firm Eko in a $250 million  joint venture agreement with Walmart.
