Chair Capital: Valuation Anchor & Principal Investor
Patternox has entered into an engagement with Chair Capital, a private investment firm acting as Valuation Anchor and Investor. Chair Capital's commitment establishes a defined institutional valuation reference and milestone framework against which interim and co-investment participation can be priced, de-risking participation for incoming investors. As part of its investment architecture, Chair Capital has confirmed its intention to retire loan notes and equity instruments raised during the interim financing process at the point of its principal investment entry, subject to achieving a target IRR, providing early-stage investors with a clear and defined exit pathway. This structure removes the open-ended exit uncertainty that typically increases the cost of early-stage capital, and positions Patternox current fundraise as a time-defined opportunity to invest ahead of an institutional anchor commitment.
